Anxiety Support Group meets in Midway

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota sponsors free support groups for persons with anxiety disorders. The groups help individuals develop better coping skills and find strength through sharing their experiences. An Open Door Anxiety and Panic support group meets in St. Paul from 6:30 to 8 p.m., on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month, at Goodwill-Easter Seals, 553 Fairview Ave. N., in Room 123.
