The Chroma Zone Mural & Art Festival returns in September with 10 days of live painting by local and national muralists and three days of family-friendly events and tours on Sept. 17, 18 and 19, 2026, in the Creative Enterprise Zone (CEZ) district of South Saint Anthony Park and Midway.

Twin Cities-based graffi ti and street artists will take part in a two-day Alley Jam (Friday - Saturday), Sept. 18-19. See chromazone.net for artist lineup and event updates.

Since 2019, Chroma Zone has commissioned 73 murals by 82 artists, of which 74% are local, 75% are BIPOC, and 50% are by women/nonbinary artists. Muralists are given the creative freedom to explore themes and imagery that are meaningful to them. This year’s Chroma Zone muralists are from California, Washington, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

The Creative Enterprise Zone is a city-recognized district in South Saint Anthony Park and a non-profit organization dedicated to attracting and supporting creative people and businesses to #MakeItHere.
