Emotions anonymous meets
Emotions Anonymous (EA) is a 12-step program with the only requirement being a desire to become well emotionally. One group meets on Fridays at 7 p.m. at Twin Cities Friends Meetinghouse, 1725 Grand Ave. St. Paul. Everyone is welcome. There are no dues or fees required to attend. EA is not affiliated with any other organization. Members attend for various reasons, among them depression, anxiety, relationship problems and other emotional difficulties. Plant sale may 16
Ramsey County Master Gardeners are hosting their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Aldrich Arena, 1850 White Bear Ave, Maplewood. The sale includes a large selection of native plants, vegetables, favorite and unique varieties of tomatoes, herbs, annual and perennial flowers, houseplants, quality garden gloves, and other items. Funds raised support the University of Minnesota Extension Garden Education Volunteer Program, including community gardening and youth education. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
